Vision Packaging offers a range of flexible tubes that can be sampled and ordered with a minimum quantity of 10K. Flexible tubes offer significant performance and sustainability advantages compared to rigid bottles, as they are lightweight and can utilize some of the latest sustainable materials. Our post consumer recycled (PCR) tubes comprise from 30% to 70% PCR material - dependent on your requirements.
Our plastic tubes are highly customisable: - the body and cap can be manufactured to match the full range of PMS colours; and decorating options include offset and/or screen printing (up to 6 colours), hot foil-stamping and spot UV varnish. Tubes can be finished with gloss, matte & semi-matte varnishes, or manufactured to achieve a soft-touch feel.
Flexible tube options include plastic laminate tubes (PBL), co-extruded 5 layer EVOH tubes and aluminium barrier laminate (ABL) tubes.
Tube closures include screw caps, disc-top, flip top, metalized, double-wall; motorised applicators and airless pump options.
Available tube volumes range from 3mL to 360mL, and depending on the required capacity, different tube dimensions are available.
